Q: What if I don't like the lessons after I subscribe?
No problem at all! If you try the Learning Pass and feel it's not right for you, just contact me within the first 14 days, and I’ll gladly issue a refund.
Q: Do I need to subscribe every month to keep the Learning Pass?
No, the Learning Pass will renew automatically each month or year, depending on your subscription plan, until you decide to cancel. You can easily cancel anytime on your profile page.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel the subscription anytime by visiting the "Membership & Subscriptions" section on your profile and clicking "Cancel Membership."
Q: What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel, you won’t be charged for the following month. You’ll still have access to all lessons until the end of your current billing cycle, and after that, your subscription will be terminated.
Q: Can I rejoin after canceling?
Absolutely! You’re always welcome to join back at any time.
Q: Can I access all courses with the Learning Pass?
Yes! Depending on your subscription tier, you’ll either have access to the 4 courses in the Starter Pass or the full 8 courses in the Pro Pass.
Q: I can't read Japanese letters. Can I still take these courses?
Yes, Romaji is provided from Course 1 to Course 5, so you can start learning without needing to read Hiragana and Katakana.
Q: Is the Katakana course included?
I’m currently creating the Katakana Masterclass. Once it's ready, it will be added to both the Starter and Pro Passes.
In the meantime, I have free Katakana lessons available on my website.
Q: Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?
Yes! You’ll receive a certificate of completion for every course you finish.
Q: Do I need to complete the courses in a specific order?
While it’s recommended to follow the course sequence, you’re free to learn at your own pace and choose the lessons that suit your current level and needs.
For example, if your goal is to only master the TE Form, you can subscribe to the Pro Pass and jump right into Course 4!
